You cancelling:

As spaces are limited we have to operate a strict cancellation policy. Free cancellation - 7 days prior to your booked tour.

Failure to give the necessary notice will mean you forfeit the cost of that tour. Under these circumstances there are no refunds, partial or otherwise.

However, we will of course endeavour to reschedule your tour if we can.

 

Aquaventures cancelling:

We run our tours in all weather conditions, rain hail or shine, providing it is safe to do so. If the weather is too rough or unsafe due to high winds or lightning, then we will reschedule your tour. If we change the time or date and you are unable to come on the new time or date, then we will provide a credit toward another tour at a later date. If that is unsatisfactory we may issue a refund at our discretion.  

All trips are subject to minimum numbers. 

We will therefore check weather forecasts 3 days ahead of your trip.
